Diane Kruger wants to have children with her boyfriend Joshua Jackson. The 35-year-old actress/model doesn’t want to marry the 33-year-old actor because of the bad experience she had with her ex-husband Guillaume Canet but she is keen to start a family with Joshua.

She said: “I’m over marriage. No marriage for me. But I definitely want to have kids. I have three goddaughters — I’m not sure why they trust me, because I have no experience with children — but I try. One of my goddaughters is in London and Josh and I love London. When we go, I take her to the park, the zoo and [the toy shop] Hamleys.”

Diane and Joshua recently celebrated their fifth anniversary by going to Paris, France, for a romantic break.

The Inglourious Basterds star believes the secret to their successful relationship is that they give each other the space they need for their careers but also make sure they dedicate time to each other.

In an interview with the October issue of InStyle magazine, she said: “Life is more important than work. We just celebrated our fifth anniversary. We met up in Paris, gave each other gifts and went to dinner — it was just lovely being together.

“It’s hard sustaining relationships at a distance, but if you want to be together it comes down to that … We have the three week rule — we have to see each other, otherwise you drift. But we also enjoy our independence. We have our own lives and have a lot to bring back into the relationship because of that. I’m very independent. I’m not sure how I’d deal with someone who wanted to be with me 24/7.”

Diane Kruger seems to have upset the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) with her recent fur photo shoot for the March issue of GQ. The photos show the 34-year-old actress lounging on a bed while wearing vintage fur boots. She is completely naked except for a fur blanket.

Lisa Lange, PETA’s vice president said:
“It’s sad that such a beautiful actor would wear fur from coyotes, who, in pain and desperation, will often gnaw off their own legs in order to escape from steel traps to return to their young. Diane says that she despises vulgarity, yet there’s nothing more vulgar and pretentious than flaunting the skins of animals who were violently killed for luxury.”

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is what we call a magazine-cover hat trick. Diane Kruger has cornered the newsstand market with her third cover of the month, this time for German GQ.

Though she wore Chanel for both her Glamour and Glamour Paris covers—the latter of which co-starred pal Karl Lagerfeld—the actress’s latest look is less Coco and more kinky. The German beauty leaves little to the imagination in black lingerie and garters from Agent Provocateur for the cover shoot, while the inside fashion spread sees her covering her topless chest with black-lace-glove-clad hands.

Speaking of revealing all, Kruger also discusses her love life with boyfriend Joshua Jackson.

“Well, Joshua and I do not always work the same time, we miss each other often, and I must constantly fly somewhere to see him, but we take it in our stride, because after all it’s nice to spend time with each other,” she says.

And while marriage isn’t important for the divorced star, who says she doesn’t dream of a white wedding dress, seduction is.

“Temptation for me is tantamount to respect for a partner to have,” she says, posing in a light blue corset. “If you start to let go, the fun stops. The French speak of a jardin privé, a private garden, you must maintain in order to get in the love of something still worth exploring. I am now four and a half years in a relationship and want my boyfriend to still find me sexy and desirable.”

Diane Kruger rocks a Chanel jacket as she graces the cover of Glamour magazine’s March 2011 issue, on newsstands Tuesday (February 8)! Here’s what the 34-year-old German beauty had to share:

On her love of fashion: “I truly, genuinely like clothes. Making them is an art form, and wearing them is a form of self-expression. I find it very emotional because I can remember moments in my life – my mood, how I felt – through these clothes.”

On her biggest fashion splurge: “The biggest fashion purchase I ever made I thought about for six years. I’m not kidding. All my life I wanted to own an Hermès Constance bag, and when I signed with Calvin Klein, I decided this was the time that I could afford it. I truly broke a sweat when I paid for it.”

On her boyfriend Joshua Jackson and his style: “We go shopping. But he likes it. I definitely wasn’t fond of these blue sneakers that he wore all the time for about a year and a half.”

On marrying and divorcing when she was younger: “Without sounding pessimistic, I learned that I don’t believe in marriage. I believe in a commitment that you make in your heart. There’s no paper that will make you stay.”

The lovely Diane Kruger sparkles on the cover of Lucky’s December holiday issue. As the face of Calvin Klein fragrance, she recently shared her favorite beauty advice with Bella and now she’s divulging the secrets to achieving her chic style.

Diane is traveling between projects after promoting her latest film, Inhale, which made its limited stateside release last month. Up next, we’ll see her opposite Liam Neeson in the dramatic thriller Unknown early next year. Here are highlights from the magazine:

“If you have a beautiful dress, that’s enough—you don’t need much else.”

“I actually just had my ear pierced, and it still kind of hurts, I love it—but my mom was not so pleased.”
