Diane Kruger and Cheryl Cole were in Cannes for various projects including films, photo shoots and parties. The film star returned to the Croisette after premiering Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Inglourious Basterds’ to the Cannes film festival last year.
The spokesmodel for L’Oreal cosmetics starred in a new film ‘Pieds nus sur les limaces’ (‘Lily Sometimes’) which won the Art Cinema Award at Cannes’ Directors Fortnight category. The model-turned-actress said unlike some of her contemporaries she was at the festival for her film and promotional work.
“Well I’m not sure I would compare myself or similarities as Paris Hilton but I’m here for work so I don’t go to Cannes to go out and party and I love what I do so I get the opportunity to make what I love and do what I love.”
